You can request changes or cancellation as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please email me at studio.timmerman@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you would like, and I will let you know what is possible.

If you have not received a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact me with your name and, if possible, your payment reference so I can look up your order.

Local pick up is possible at my studio in Rotterdam (Zuid Holland) by appointment. When your order is ready, I will email you to schedule a time and share the exact address and instructions.

At the moment I do not offer gift wrapping or handwritten cards. If you are sending a gift, you can add a short note in the checkout comment box, and I will include it on the packing slip.

Most webshop orders ship within 2 to 4 business days after the restock closes. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. For custom or larger orders we agree on a timeline together and I will keep you updated during the process.

Yes, I ship within Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Austria. During checkout you will see if shipping is available to your address. For the most up to date list of countries and detailed shipping information, please see my Shipping & Returns page.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with clear photos of the box, the packaging and the damaged pieces, plus your order number. Together we will find a suitable solution.

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact me first to register your return. Once I receive the pieces in good condition, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Return shipping costs and the risk during transport are the responsibility of the customer.

I make all pieces by hand in small batches, so collections often sell out quickly.I usually restock the webshop about four times a year with new handmade ceramics.If everything looks sold out, it just means you have caught the shop between restocks.The best way to stay up to date is to sign up for my newsletter and follow me on Instagram for restock announcements.

I do not work with a fixed calendar, but I usually restock the webshop around four times a year. Restock dates are always announced first via the newsletter and then on Instagram. If you want to know when new work will be available, please join the newsletter and you will receive the date and time in advance.

Yes. For orders above €250 (for example for a cafe, restaurant or shop) you can contact me even when the webshop is closed or certain items are sold out. We can discuss colours, shapes and quantities together.

For smaller personal orders it is best to keep an eye on my webshop or join the newsletter for early restock updates.

Yes. Each piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so small variations in size, shape and colour are part of the charm of handmade ceramics.

I work with high quality stoneware clay and food safe glazes. All pieces are high fired to create strong, durable ceramics suitable for everyday use.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, my stoneware pieces are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. For very large items I still recommend gentle hand washing to extend their life. Unglazed surfaces can show some darkening when they come into contact with oils or other fatty ingredients.

Classes are taught in both Dutch and English. I switch between the two depending on the group, and I am happy to help out in either language where needed.

No experience is needed for the introduction class. The four week course is also suitable for beginners, but you will have a bit more time to practise and build up skills.

Yes, all necessary materials are provided for the classes, including clay, tools, and glazes. Just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

If you miss a session, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate and arrange an alternative, but availability may vary depending on the schedule.

Classes are small and personal, with a maximum of 2 people, so there is plenty of room for individual guidance.

If one person in a duo class is unable to attend, you will need to decide whether to proceed with the class or reschedule it. It’s not possible for one person to continue while the other makes up the class at a different time.

Yes. All my classes are designed as intimate, small-group sessions. You can book a one-on-one course or a “for two” course directly through the website, without emailing first.At the moment I do not offer larger group or team events outside the regular classes on the site.
